The team behind Windsor Manor is made up of seasoned planners, coordinators, and assistant coordinators who love what they do. They’ve seen just about everything a wedding day can bring, and that experience allows them to guide couples with confidence and calm. With a sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to each celebration, they work quietly behind the scenes to ensure the day unfolds exactly as it should.

Christine has been part of Windsor Manor since the very beginning and truly pours her heart into every wedding day. Her favorite moment is right before the bride walks down the aisle. It is quiet, emotional, and filled with anticipation in a way that not everyone gets to see. Outside of work, she loves to find time to hike, camp, and go on adventures with her kids, though Windsor keeps her pretty busy. She once dreamed of becoming a dolphin trainer and still cannot say no to anything covered in dark chocolate.
Alora
Assistant Wedding Director + Planner
Alora joined Windsor Manor in October 2024 and brings a heartfelt, personal perspective to every wedding day. Her favorite moments are not just one single part of the day, but the quiet glimpses throughout it. She especially loves watching the parents, seeing the pride and emotion on their faces as they take in their child getting married. As a mom herself, those moments always hit close to home and make each wedding feel even more meaningful. Outside of Windsor, she loves going on cruises, exploring new places with her husband and kids, and attending concerts and festivals. A full circle moment, she was also married at Windsor Manor in 2019 before it became all inclusive.
Shauna
Wedding Coordinator
Shauna joined the Windsor team in September 2025 and quickly fell in love with the rhythm of wedding days. Her favorite part is the moment right after the ceremony ends. There is a brief pause before everything continues, and the couple gets to soak in that just married feeling together. It is full of joy and always feels a little magical. Outside of Windsor, she enjoys baking, reading, going to concerts, and picking up new craft projects. She honeymooned in Glacier National Park and still talks about how beautiful it was.
Lizette
Assistant Wedding Coordinator
Lizette joined the Windsor team in October 2025 and has loved being part of bringing wedding days to life ever since. She enjoys seeing a couple’s vision turn into something real, from the smallest details to the bigger picture. She has a creative side and is always drawn to building and DIY projects in her free time. One of her favorite things is dahlias, which she will happily tell you all about.
Maddie
Assistant Wedding Coordinator
Maddie joined Windsor in August 2025 and brings such a calming presence to the wedding day. She loves the quiet moments before the ceremony begins. You will usually find her in the bridal suite helping the bride feel relaxed and ready, whether that means a quick pep talk, a deep breath, or just a quiet conversation. Outside of work, she is almost always holding a coffee and spending time with her family. She also loves walks with her dog Puddles and getting into a good book or audiobook. Comfort shows are her go to every time.
Kaitlyn
Assistant Wedding Coordinator
Kaitlyn joined Windsor in September 2025 and loves getting to be part of such meaningful celebrations. She especially enjoys watching all the details come together and seeing a couple’s vision fully come to life. There is nothing better than looking around and seeing everyone genuinely enjoying the day. Outside of Windsor, she enjoys reading, listening to music, going to concerts, and spending time with her dogs. She also has a twin sister, which is always a fun surprise.
