A Romantic Cultural Celebration at Windsor Manor | Gabriela & Kharlos

Some weddings stand out because of the details. Others stand out because every detail feels like an extension of the couple. Gabriela and Kharlos’ wedding was both.
Their March celebration brought together elegant design, meaningful family traditions, and subtle nods to their Hispanic heritage. White florals, candlelight, and soft olive accents created a timeless backdrop, while custom menu selections and thoughtful personal touches made the day feel distinctly theirs.
From a garden ceremony surrounded by family to a champagne tower, dancing on the clouds, and a bubble-filled sendoff, every part of the day felt relaxed, joyful, and genuine.

A Garden Ceremony Framed by Elegant Faux Florals
Guests arrived to a ceremony space that felt clean, classic, and inviting. A floral arch of white blooms framed the altar, while coordinating arrangements lined the aisle leading to the pergola.
One detail we especially loved was the use of faux florals throughout the design. Gabriela and Kharlos proved that artificial flowers can still create an elevated and elegant look when thoughtfully selected and styled. The result was timeless without feeling overdone.
As family and friends gathered beneath the spring sunshine, the couple exchanged vows surrounded by the people who matter most.

Honoring Heritage Through Food and Hospitality
Gabriela and Kharlos found simple but meaningful ways to weave their Hispanic heritage into the celebration.
During cocktail hour, guests enjoyed a custom hors d’oeuvres menu created by Windsor Manor’s Executive Chef. Alongside other selections, the menu featured pinchos and empanadas, offering a personal nod to the couple’s cultural background.
It was a detail that felt intentional without being flashy. Guests weren’t just enjoying cocktail hour. They were getting a glimpse into the couple’s story.
The cocktail hour also featured a photo booth that kept guests entertained while creating keepsakes from the day. Throughout the evening, family and friends gathered for photos, laughter, and plenty of memories.

A Reception Filled with Elegant Details
Inside the reception, the design remained soft and refined. White florals, candlelight, and gold accents created a romantic atmosphere while allowing the architecture of the space to shine.
The reception tables featured elevated candle displays and floral centerpieces that carried the ceremony’s design indoors. The overall look felt cohesive and classic from start to finish.
One of the most striking details was the wedding cake display. Set against vintage artwork and layered with candlelight, the cake became a focal point all on its own.

Champagne Towers, Dancing on the Clouds, and a Packed Dance Floor
After dinner, Gabriela and Kharlos kicked off the evening’s festivities with a champagne tower. Guests gathered around as the couple poured the champagne, creating one of the most photographed moments of the night.
Later in the evening, everyone made their way to the dance floor for the couple’s first dance.
With cold sparks lighting the background and a low-lying cloud effect surrounding them, the moment felt straight out of a movie. The special effects added just enough drama while still keeping the focus on the couple.
From there, the celebration shifted into full party mode. Friends and family filled the dance floor and kept the energy going all night long.

Golden Hour Portraits Around the Manor Grounds
As the afternoon light settled across the property, Gabriela and Kharlos slipped away for portraits around the manor grounds.
The warm sunlight paired beautifully with Gabriela’s timeless gown and Kharlos’ classic white tuxedo jacket. Some of our favorite images from the day came from these quiet moments together.
The variety of backdrops throughout Windsor Manor allowed their gallery to feel both elegant and diverse, from ivy-covered stonework and garden pathways to romantic evening portraits beneath the string lights.

A Bubble-Filled Farewell
To close out the evening, guests lined the walkway with bubble wands in hand, creating the perfect sendoff for the newlyweds.
As Gabriela and Kharlos made their way through a tunnel of bubbles, surrounded by cheering family and friends, it was the kind of ending that felt effortless and joyful.
Their wedding was a beautiful reflection of who they are as a couple. Thoughtful, welcoming, family-centered, and full of celebration.
