Because They’re Family Too: Windsor Manor’s Pet Policy Explained

We get it—dogs are family. That’s why Windsor Manor welcomes your four-legged companion to be part of your celebration (with a little planning ahead). Whether you’ve dreamed of your pup trotting down the aisle with the rings or sitting sweetly by your side as you say “I do,” we’re happy to say: yes, your dog can absolutely be part of your big day!
That said, to make sure the experience is enjoyable (and safe!) for everyone—two-legged and four-legged guests alike—we do have a few guidelines in place.
🐾 The Ceremony: All Paws on Deck
Your dog is welcome to be part of the ceremony, whether they’re the ring bearer, flower pup, or just a very good guest of honor. Our gardens and open-air pavilion are perfect for sweet moments and tail wags.
🐾 The Reception: Time to Relax
Once the ceremony ends, we ask that dogs be crated, supervised by a dedicated handler, or taken home. This ensures your celebration can continue smoothly without worry (and gives your pup some well-deserved rest).
🐾 A Few Ground Rules
Dogs are not allowed inside the manor at any time
A designated handler must be present and responsible for your dog at all times
Handlers must clean up after the dog(s)
Only the couple’s dog(s) are allowed—guests are not permitted to bring pets

We adore seeing our couples include their pets in such a meaningful moment, and we’re happy to work with you and your vendor team to make it seamless.

After all, love is love—and sometimes it has fur and a wagging tail.
