Begin Your Wedding Weekend at Windsor Manor

The wedding day may be the main event, but there is something to be said for everything that happens before it.
The first time your whole family is together. Your wedding party finally arriving in town. The champagne toast. Dinner around one table. The conversations that somehow last longer than planned.
Those are the moments that make a wedding weekend feel like a wedding weekend.
And now, you can begin yours at Windsor Manor.
A Rehearsal Dinner at the Manor

We have recently revamped our rehearsal dinner offerings at Windsor, giving our couples the opportunity to host an intimate dinner with their closest family and friends right here at the Manor.
It feels a little different from heading to a restaurant the night before your wedding. There is no rushing from one place to the next or trying to coordinate a dinner reservation for a large group. Instead, you can settle in, take a breath, and enjoy being together.
Our rehearsal dinners take place in the Buffet Room inside the Manor and accommodate up to 25 guests. The experience includes tables and chairs, linens and cloth napkins, Windsor Manor décor, beverage service, a champagne toast, professional service staff, and a Windsor Manor event coordinator. Your rehearsal is also included, so the evening can move naturally from practicing the ceremony to sitting down for dinner together.
It is simple, comfortable, and very Windsor.
Choose Your Evening

We have created two rehearsal dinner collections, each with its own feel.
The Garden Collection is relaxed and welcoming. It includes a family-style Italian dinner for 15 guests with Margherita flatbread, your choice of salad and pasta, and two petite desserts. There is something about a family-style dinner that makes people settle in quickly. Pass the pasta, pour another glass, and let the conversation take over.
The menu includes favorites like Baked Ziti with chicken, Gnocchi in a vodka cream sauce, Gemelli with Bolognese, and a selection of salads and petite desserts.
For couples looking for something a bit more formal, The Manor Collection offers a plated three-course dinner. Guests can choose their salad, vegetable, starch, protein, pasta, and three petite desserts. Elegant printed menus are included as well, adding a beautiful finishing touch to the table.
The menu includes options like Chicken Piccata, Rosemary Rub Chicken with Mushroom Marsala, Seared North Atlantic Salmon, and Grilled New York Strip, along with a selection of pastas and desserts.
Both collections can be adjusted with a few additional enhancements, including extra guests, additional time, and beer and wine service.
Stay a Little Longer

One of the things we love most about Windsor Manor is that it gives couples the chance to make more of their wedding weekend.
Instead of simply arriving for your ceremony and reception, you can spend a little more time here. Gather your favorite people the evening before. Have dinner. Walk through the ceremony one more time. Raise a glass. Then let everyone head into the wedding morning already feeling connected to the celebration.
For couples planning an intimate wedding in Augusta, that kind of experience can make all the difference.
Windsor has always been a place that feels tucked away from the rest of the city. A little unexpected. A little hidden. And once you are here, it is easy to forget that you are only minutes from everything else.
That is part of what makes Windsor such a special wedding venue in Augusta.
Your Wedding Weekend, Your Way

Your rehearsal dinner does not need to be elaborate to be meaningful.
Sometimes it is simply your closest people around a table, sharing a meal before a very big day.
Sometimes it is the first time both families are all together.
Sometimes it is your grandparents meeting your college roommates, your wedding party telling stories from years ago, and everyone laughing a little too loudly because the nerves are starting to set in.
Whatever your evening looks like, we want it to feel like you.
That is why we love the idea of couples making Windsor more than the place where they get married. Let it be where your wedding weekend begins.
Come tucked away to the Manor. Gather your people. Have dinner. Stay awhile.
Tomorrow, you get married.
