From the moment your wedding day begins until the very last box is loaded at the end of the night, our staff is working carefully behind the scenes to ensure your day feels effortless, organized, and truly unforgettable.

Your Coordinator & Assistant Coordinator

Your coordinator and assistant coordinator are the heart of the wedding day experience at Windsor Manor.

Your coordinator oversees the entire flow of the day, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. They serve as the main liaison between all vendors, keeping everyone aligned with the timeline and ensuring every detail stays on track. From running your rehearsal to cueing your ceremony processional, they are there to guide you, your wedding party, and your family through each moment with confidence and ease.

Alongside them is your assistant coordinator, whose focus is all about the details. They help ensure your décor is styled beautifully and aligned with your vision while also being available for anything the couple may need throughout the event. Whether it’s fluffing a dress, grabbing a drink, adjusting décor, or helping with last-minute touches, they are there to support you every step of the way.

Together, the coordinator and assistant coordinator work hand-in-hand to create a seamless and stress-free experience so you can fully enjoy your wedding day.


The Banquet Captain

Think of the banquet captain as the connection point between the dining room, kitchen, and coordination team.

The banquet captain leads the service staff throughout the evening and communicates directly with both the coordinator and executive chef to ensure dinner service flows smoothly and efficiently. They oversee reception service timing, coordinate transitions throughout dinner, and ensure guests are taken care of throughout the evening.

They also handle some of the thoughtful behind-the-scenes touches couples may not even realize happen — like cutting and plating the cake for guests and preparing dinner plates and cake to-go for the newlyweds to enjoy later in the evening.

The Serving Staff

Our serving staff plays a huge role in creating a polished and elevated guest experience throughout the reception.

They pass hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, refill water glasses, clear used plates and glassware, serve champagne for toasts, and distribute cake during the reception. Their attention to detail helps keep the evening running smoothly while allowing guests to relax and fully enjoy the celebration.


The Bartenders

The bartenders bring energy and hospitality to the reception while keeping drinks flowing all evening long.

From crafting cocktails to serving beer, wine, and signature drinks, they help create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for your guests. They also assist with champagne service for toasts and work closely with the rest of the team to keep reception service seamless and efficient.


Our Executive Chef

Behind every unforgettable Windsor Manor meal is our executive chef.

He is the creative force behind the culinary experience, carefully preparing each menu with quality, presentation, and guest experience in mind. Beyond creating incredible dishes, he also ensures all allergies and dietary restrictions are properly accommodated so every guest feels cared for and included throughout the celebration.

The End of the Night: All Hands on Deck

While guests may see the dancing and celebration winding down, our team is still hard at work behind the scenes.

At the end of the evening, it becomes an all-hands-on-deck effort to carefully break down décor, organize personal items, and help load anything the couple will be taking home with them. Our goal is to make the end of the night just as seamless and stress-free as the beginning.
