There’s something so special about a couple who brings equal parts romance and joy to their wedding day—and Victoria and Barret did exactly that. Their celebration was the perfect balance of timeless elegance and playful charm, set against the lush backdrop of Windsor Manor in full spring bloom.
And here’s a little piece of Windsor history: Victoria and Barret were the very first couple to book after Windsor Manor transitioned to an all-inclusive wedding venue in 2023. So it was only fitting that their day captured everything we love about helping couples celebrate with ease, intention, and personalized touches.
The Color Palette
Their palette was fresh and classic: ivory, champagne, sage green, and soft golds. From the crushed taffeta linens and celadon napkins to the candlelit vase centerpieces wrapped in eucalyptus, every element was handpicked to create a dreamy, cohesive atmosphere. Champagne chair ties finished off each table with a soft shimmer.

The Ceremony
Held in Windsor’s garden beneath the iconic white arbor, the ceremony felt warm and intimate. The bride was escorted by her mother, and the couple exchanged vows in the presence of their closest family and friends as golden hour began to peek through the trees. The aisle was lined with white petals and flickering candles, creating a soft and romantic space to begin their forever.

The Reception
Under the pavilion, tables were adorned with our vase collection—a romantic mix of floating candles, votives, and eucalyptus wreaths accented with fresh florals. Custom menus were tucked into celadon napkins, and champagne bows added a soft touch to the reception chairs. But it was the energy of this wedding that truly made it sparkle.
The couple’s cocktail hour was hosted in the open green space, creating a relaxed and social environment where guests mingled under the trees before dinner began.

As the sun dipped behind the trees and golden hour covered the lawn in warm light, guests gathered after cocktail hour for a lively reception entrance. In one unforgettable moment, a bridesman was introduced on a pogo stick—instantly setting the tone for an evening of fun. When the dance floor officially opened, LED light wands lit up the night as the newlyweds and their guests danced beneath the stars in a glow-filled celebration that felt nothing short of electric.
Favorite Details
The Guestbook Table: A Polaroid guestbook brought extra personality to the evening. Guests snapped candid photos and left sweet notes—a keepsake filled with laughter and heartfelt moments.
Bar Moment: Later in the night, the bride changed into a short satin reception dress for a quiet bar moment with her new husband—one of our favorite images from the entire day.
LED Wands on the Dance Floor: There’s just something about twirling LED wands and your best friends belting out lyrics at the top of their lungs. This dance floor was electric.
Pogo Stick Entrance: Yes, you read that right. One of the bridesmen made his grand entrance on a pogo stick—and the crowd went wild.
