Clean, modern, and effortlessly chic. The couple chose a black-and-white color scheme accented with sage green napkins, ivory crushed taffeta linens, and clusters of baby’s breath. The result? A celebration that felt both classic and contemporary, elevated by candlelight and softened by delicate floral textures.

The Ceremony

Before guests arrived, Emily and Geddings shared a private first look—a quiet, emotional moment together before the festivities began. Their ceremony was held in the garden beneath Windsor’s iconic white arbor, which was adorned with lush white roses. The aisle was lined with petals, candles, and rows of white chairs tied with bows, creating a serene and romantic path toward forever.

The Reception

Immediately following the ceremony, guests made their way to the green space for cocktail hour, where a second bar and high-top tables created a relaxed, open-air lounge under the trees. With music playing softly and the golden afternoon light filtering through the leaves, the atmosphere was equal parts elegant and inviting—giving guests a chance to mingle and sip before the evening’s festivities truly began.

As cocktail hour came to a close, guests were invited to the open-air pavilion, where the reception space had been transformed with soft candlelight and romantic details. Tables featured a thoughtful mix of custom floral arrangements, floating candles, and Windsor’s vase collection, accented with baby’s breath and gold votives. A striking custom seating chart display framed in florals greeted guests as they found their seats, just in time to welcome Emily and Geddings with a grand introduction that kicked off the night in style.

Before rejoining their guests for dinner, Emily and Geddings enjoyed a private sweetheart dinner together inside Windsor Manor—taking a few quiet moments to savor the day and each other. Later in the evening, they also chose to have a private cake cutting, allowing them an intimate moment before the dance floor opened.

• LED Dance Party: Once dinner wrapped up and the sun dipped behind the trees at the front of the Manor, the celebration kicked into high gear. Guests were welcomed to the dance floor with glowing LED wands and bedazzled white cowboy hats, adding a festival-like glow to the night.

• The Pink & White Getaway Car: The couple ended their night in style, hopping into a vintage pink and white classic car that looked like it rolled straight out of a movie scene.
